Tate is a filmmaker and photographer who specializes in multimedia content for social media. A veteran of multiple digital news teams, Tate’s videos have amassed hundreds of millions of views on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Tate began his film career in the live production of sporting events and ended up directing numerous events for ESPN. A self-described “Geek”, Tate works hard to stay on top of current trends in Filmmaking and media. Recently Tate obtained his FAA License to pilot drones for camera work, adding that to his array of filmmaking abilities which include SteadiCam operation, experience with over two dozen cameras, and considerable set and lighting design experience.

When not a work, Tate can be found exploring and traveling with his wife. A native of Georgia, Tate is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication.
