As the Creative Director at Go Big Media, I can confidently say there’s nothing quite like the rush of election season. Our deadlines aren’t just tight—they’re practically blinks. And yet, it’s in these moments that we excel. When the pressure is on, we don’t just meet the challenge; we thrive in it.


At Go Big Media, we’ve perfected the art of turning around creative content fast. Whether it’s a critical video spot or a direct mailer, we’re delivering high-quality work with timelines that would make most agencies nervous. In fact:


  • We turn around most video spots in 24 to 48 hours, giving campaigns the speed they need to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Print materials? We’re often knocking those out in just a couple of hours, whether it’s a last-minute mailer or a GOTV card that needs to be on the ground by the weekend.


So far, in October alone, our video editors started with 27 spots on the board and are cranking them out at a rapid pace. Our design team has managed over 70 active projects this month, including building 9 landing pages and 2 full websites, all while keeping a laser focus on deadlines.


As the air traffic controller of this operation, my job is to make sure everything gets where it needs to go—on time and on target. Unlike a traditional agency, where creative directors can often step back and let others execute while they look to the next project, in election season, I’m in the trenches. You might find me editing a video late at night, designing a direct mail piece in the morning, and reviewing ad creative during a football game.
